The Hbc Run For Canada was held in 10 cities last year on July 1. This year the Canada Day event will be "Coast to Coast" with the addition of a St. John's race. With a 10K Competitive Run, 3K Walk, and a 1K Kids Run, this national event offers something for everyone.
